update 1 - pet your pal

- pet your denpal! this will make it happy
- your pal will get dirty if you don't clean the poop and vomit. this will make it sad
- happy pals give better treasures
- items no longer change layers when moved. you can use arrow keys up / down (alternatively, + or -) to change layers. holding shift will push to the front / back.
- couple things added to shop (reused assets)
